EmpiriVita was born from a simple problem: the supplements for dogs were not living up to their promises.
Our founder spent more than 25 years in business, including years leading one of the largest pet retail businesses in the world. He had access to virtually every supplement on the market. And over that same period, he was raising a household of kids and large dogs in the Pacific Northwest.
Raising dogs comes with challenges their owners know well: joint stiffness that arrives early and digestive issues that are tough to resolve. He tried dozens of brands looking for meaningful results, but found few built around modern ingredient science. That gap is what led to EmpiriVita.

A great formula must be manufactured with precision. We produce every EmpiriVita supplement in a U.S.-based, FDA-registered facility that holds NSF 455-2 certification, the independent standard for supplement manufacturing quality.
EmpiriVita supplements go through third-party testing for identity, potency, purity, and heavy metals through both in-house and ISO-certified independent laboratories. We use non-GMO ingredients, independently verified through third-party scientific testing. And when we say "Made in USA," we say it with a clear qualifier: manufactured in the United States using quality domestically and globally sourced ingredients.
