Once processed, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your original method of payment.

Returns:

For the health and safety of all our pets, we cannot accept physical returns of ingestible products, whether opened or unopened. Please do not mail products back to our fulfillment centers, as they cannot be restocked and will be discarded.

Subsequent Orders & Multiple Items:

Our 30-Day Guarantee applies only to your first purchase of a specific product. Refunds are not available on subsequent orders or bulk purchases (e.g., if you order three jars, we refund one). If you have an issue with a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo and your order number.
